| Responsible for the daily management of underwriting operations including: conducting client interviews, initial case reviews and compiling case information, conducting all tort application underwriting, preparing underwriting and legal memoranda for general counsel, and drafting funding contracts.In addition, will work with Sales Department to cultivate relationships with clients’ counsel.
J.D. and Massachusetts Bar admission required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in personal injury or insurance defense litigation preferred. Candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced, team environment, be a self-starter, and be comfortable interacting with plaintiffs and their attorneys at all levels.
