Assignment is satisfied directly from the proceeds of the client's settlement or judgment, only after attorneys' fees, case costs, and any priority liens are paid, |

Satisfaction of the assignment is entirely contingent on the successful resolution of the claim, suit or appeal. If the case is lost, LawFunds® receives NOTHING.
